Transfer Car Ownership / Transfer Name / Vehicle Transfer Ownership 更换汽车拥护者

Having Problems with Transfer Car Ownership????

There are several problems that we always face during transfer car ownership:

a. Seller & buyer can't fix a time to JPJ.

b. Always long queue at JPJ, no guarantee can be done at the same day. i.e: System down.

c. Not clear with the transfer ownership process.

d. Seller or buyer is staying at different places. i.e: Seller staying at oversea.

e. Seller or buyer is not Malaysian.

f. The identity Card's chip (IC) can't be read by thumbprint system.

以下是我们常面临的几个汽车转换名字问题：

一：卖主和买主配合不到时间去陆路交通局 (JPJ)。
二：陆路交通局每次都大排长龙，而且不保证能当天完成。例如：系统故障
三：不清楚汽车转换名字的程序。
四：卖主或买主住在不同地方。例如：卖主常年住在国外
五：卖主或买主不是马来西亚人。
六：身份证的晶片有问题，不能使用盖手印网上系统。

Get your Insurance & Road Tax Done before Hari Raya 2014. Hurry Up!!

Special for Bulan Ramadhan 2014

Dear all My Easy Road Tax customers,

        During bulan Ramadhan, My Easy Road Tax will adjust the business hour as below:

Start from 14th to 25th July 2014,

MON – SAT: 9am to 8pm 

SUN & P/H: 9am to 2pm

So you may still renew insurance & road tax at our office although it is Sunday & public holiday during the last two weeks of bulan Ramadhan.

* My Easy Road Tax will be CLOSED on this coming SAT, 5/7/14 due to outstation. Anything you may still contact me. Sorry for the inconvenient caused.
