Without step out from house, or queue up long time at POST office and JPJ, you can get your car insurance and road tax renewed. Just follow the simple steps below:

从此以后，您无需踏出家门一步，或花长时间去到邮局或陆路交通局大排长龙， 就能在家里更新车险与路税。只需以下几个简单的步骤就能完成：

1. Scan 扫描

    a) Original / photocopy of your car Registration Card (both side)
        正版/复印车卡 （前后两面）

    b) Previous cover note (if you have)   之前的车险文件 （如有）

2. You may let us know the additional driver name
    (*first 2 drivers are not charged, please follow the IC).
    如果您想多加司机，请让我们知道他/她的全名 
  （首两位无额外收费, 请遵照身份证） 

3. Kindly leave your name, contact number and delivery address.
    请在邮件里写上您的大名，联络号码及地址以方便我们为您服务。

Before that, please make sure your vehicle doesn't have any black list/summon in JPJ.

在这之前，先确保您的汽车没有亏欠任何交通罚单。

After receiving your documents, we will start the renewal process. Next, we will send you a quotation.

当收到您的文件后，我们会进行更新程序。之后，我们会回邮您一份客户车险报价。

If you agree with that, you will need to do the full payment upon all the related charges, i.e: Premium (insurance policy), road tax, Myeg service charge, & extra delivery charges.

如果您同意该份车险报价，确保所有资料正确无误，那么请您缴付全额款项，其中包括：车险、路税、Myeg服务费、及运输费。

Our staff will let you know the amount & account number for you to bank in.

我们的服务专员会告诉您总数及银行账号以便您汇入款项。

Lastly, we will email you the latest cover note. Customer can choose to pick up the road tax at our office or delivery services, extra delivery fee will be charged. Terms & Conditions

最后，我们会邮寄您一份最新的车险文件。顾客们能选择来我们的办公室领取路税贴纸或者选择登门服务，我们将另收运输服务费。须遵守条规
